Terms of Service

1. The service

Veitia POS is cloud software for running restaurants (orders, payments, inventory, reports and customer relations). It is provided "as is" and evolves over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and by your staff, for safeguarding passwords, and for the data you upload being lawful and accurate.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to send marketing messages to people who have not opted in, or to attempt to access other restaurants' data or disrupt the service.

4. Taxes and fiscal obligations

Configured taxes are a calculation aid. You are responsible for meeting your tax and invoicing obligations; the service is not a substitute for an advisor and, unless expressly stated, does not issue official fiscal documents.

5. Pricing and payment

A free trial is available. After it, continued use requires a paid plan at the current rate. You may cancel at any time; amounts already paid for a current period are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Your data

Your data is yours. You can request its export or deletion. After cancellation we keep it for a reasonable time so you can recover it and then delete it, except what the law requires us to retain.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months and excludes lost profits and business interruption.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk.
